"Cando" won his first Best in Specialty at the Papillon Association of Puget Sound in Enumclaw, WA! There was a BEAUTIFUL entry of 97 Papillons present. The WA crowd really puts on a fantastic specialty and has a lot of fun together. They made us feel very welcome.
